Job Responsibilities
Support outpatient pharmacy operations in a low-volume setting
Assist with prescription processing and workflow support
Provide patient-facing support and customer service
Assist with patient counseling support as directed by the pharmacist
Perform typical outpatient pharmacy technician duties
Maintain compliance with state and federal pharmacy regulations
Required Qualifications
Active and unrestricted
Iowa Pharmacy Technician license
2+ years of pharmacy technician experience required
Retail and/or outpatient pharmacy experience required
Strong communication and customer service skills
Ability to work independently and adapt quickly in a short-term assignment
