Must have completed Behavior Specialist / ABA Therapy training and have a minimum 1+ years Behavior Therapy experience. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

A dynamic opportunity is available for experienced Registered Behavior Technicians (RBT) to provide essential support within K-12 educational settings in Lewisville, TX. This contract position runs through 5/22/26, offering a full-time schedule of 40 hours per week, Monday through Friday from 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM with a 30-minute unpaid lunch break. Successful candidates will support students with diverse needs including Autism Spectrum Disorder and intellectual or emotional disturbances, often in self-contained or life skills classrooms with a high level of behavioral challenges. Responsibilities include: Collaborating closely with Behavior Interventionists and supporting teaching staff to implement behavior support plans Providing direct behavioral interventions and assistance to students exhibiting restraint and aggression Serving multiple campuses on a rotating basis, requiring flexibility and willingness to commute between 2-3 schools weekly Monitoring and documenting student progress under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) Qualifications: Current National Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification is required Experience working with students who have autism or other behavioral challenges in an educational setting Ability to adapt to various school environments and work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team Strong communication skills and professionalism when supporting students, staff, and families Location: Lewisville, Texas onsite work across multiple K-12 campuses This role provides the chance to make a meaningful difference in students educational experience by delivering specialized behavioral support alongside trained professionals.
