A full-time or part-time Speech Language Pathologist is sought to provide essential speech and language services to students across preschool, elementary, and middle school levels in the Baltimore, MD area. This contract role offers varied experiences with itinerant preschool services and school-based caseloads, including supervision responsibilities. Location:

Multiple opportunities beginning January 9, February 16, and March 16, 2026 Duration:

School Year Contract with possible extension into Extended School Year (4 weeks in July 2026) Work Schedule: Full-time (37.5 hours/week, Monday-Friday) Part-time (30 hours/week, Monday-Thursday with option for 5 days) Key Responsibilities: Conduct speech and language assessments and provide therapy services to students ranging from preschool to middle school (PreK-8). Deliver itinerant services to preschool students attending community preschool locations and on-campus support for elementary and middle school populations. Collaborate with school teams to develop Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) focused on communication needs. Provide supervision to Speech-Language Pathology Assistants (SLP-As) supporting student services. Maintain compliance with state licensure and school district regulations. Manage caseload effectively in assigned schools and community-based settings. Qualifications: Active Maryland Professional Licensure in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC preferred). Experience working across preschool, elementary, and secondary school levels. Ability and willingness to supervise SLP-As. Strong communication and collaboration skills within multidisciplinary teams. Valid driver's license for itinerant preschool locations.
