Bachelor's or Master's degree in Special Education, active Special Education Teacher license and minimum 1+ years Special Education Teacher experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

A full-time Special Education Teacher position is available at an elementary school serving students in grades Kindergarten through 2nd grade. This contract assignment runs from ASAP start through the end of the school year (EOSY) and provides direct support to 23 students on the caseload. Location:

23 students Responsibilities: Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) tailored to the unique needs of students with disabilities Deliver specialized instruction and behavioral interventions for students in K-2nd grade, promoting academic and social growth Collaborate closely with general education teachers, support staff, and families to ensure a coordinated approach to student success Monitor student progress and maintain accurate documentation as required by special education regulations Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings and provide input on educational strategies and accommodations Qualifications: Valid Special Education teaching certification Experience working with early elementary students (K-2nd grade) in a special education setting Knowledge of current special education laws, instructional strategies, and assessment tools Strong communication and organizational skills to manage a caseload effectively Ability to foster a supportive and inclusive learning environment This opportunity is suited for a dedicated educator passionate about making a meaningful difference in young learners lives through specialized instruction and support.
