Bachelor's or Master's degree in Special Education, active Special Education Teacher license and minimum 1+ years Special Education Teacher experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

An elementary school is seeking a full-time Special Education Teacher for a full-semester contract beginning ASAP through the end of the 2025-2026 school year (June 30). This role offers the opportunity to support 14-15 inclusion students in a welcoming onsite learning environment. Experience working in school-based settings and an active Massachusetts teaching license or certification in special education are required. Spanish language skills are preferred but not mandatory. Key Responsibilities: Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) for inclusion students Collaborate with general education teachers, specialists, and families to support student success Monitor student progress and adjust instruction to meet diverse learning needs Maintain accurate records and participate in school meetings and professional development Comply with school district policies, including CORI background checks and fingerprinting requirements (may use previous letter of suitability) Qualifications: Active Massachusetts license or certification in Special Education Previous experience in a school setting teaching special education students Ability to manage a caseload of 14-15 inclusion students effectively Spanish speaking skills preferred but not required Willingness to participate in a Zoom interview as part of the hiring process Location & Work Schedule: Onsite at an elementary school in Framingham, MA Full-time, 32.5 hours per week (8:45 AM 3:30 PM) Candidates who meet the qualifications and are ready to make a positive impact on students lives are encouraged to apply.
