Office Assistant (Short-Term Audit Support)

Overview: Our client is seeking a reliable Office Assistant to support a short-term audit project. This individual will act as a witness during audit activities and provide light organizational and coordination support to help facilitate the process with the internal team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Act as a witness during scheduled audit activities
  • Lightly organize documents and materials related to the audit
  • Coordinate and facilitate basic audit logistics with internal staff
  • Provide general office and administrative support as needed
  • Maintain professionalism and discretion throughout the project

Pay Rate: $20-$23/hour

Requirements:

Required Qualifications:

  • College graduate with a business degree (or closely related field)
  • Some professional office or corporate work experience
  • Strong organizational and communication skills
  • Detail-oriented, dependable, and comfortable in a structured environment
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and follow instructions closely
