Monitor and assess student progress, adapting teaching methods and materials accordingly. Maintain accurate documentation and reports related to student performance and IEP goals. Participate actively in team meetings and professional development opportunities to stay current with special education best practices. Preferred Qualifications: Valid state certification in Special Education. Experience working with elementary-aged children in a special education capacity. Strong communication and collaboration skills. Ability to create engaging, differentiated instructional strategies that meet varied learning styles.
