What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)
Partner with hiring managers to understand strategic hiring needs and deliver talent research and insights quickly
Build in-depth talent maps and conduct market research to identify high‑potential candidates
Proactively address issues and ensure nothing falls through the cracks during the recruitment process
Utilize data‑driven insights to inform search strategy and guide Talent Acquisition partners
Foster long‑term relationships and think across verticals to maximize the talent advantage
What is Required (Qualifications)
Minimum of 6 years of experience in executive search, talent research, or an equivalent in‑house function
Proven experience with full‑lifecycle leadership recruiting, including sourcing through closing
Track record of sourcing executive‑level technical talent across various industries
Ability to work with changing requirements and senior stakeholders with humility and partnership
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
Experience navigating complex sourcing channels, including social media and industry publications
Strong proficiency with sourcing tools such as LinkedIn Recruiter and Boolean search techniques
Passion for solving difficult talent problems with innovative sourcing strategies
Comfort in a fast‑paced environment while managing multiple projects with shifting priorities
