Responsibilities
Integrate systems into complex customer operational environments and resolve technically complex problems
Prepare and configure solutions for integration into customer systems
Provide customer support and technical issue resolution via various communication methods
Track and manage issues in a database, ensuring timely closure of concerns
Collaborate with the Sales team to support pre‑sales system designs and provide on‑site user training
Qualifications
High School diploma and an Associate's degree, or 1+ years of experience in Software, Networking, IT, Public Safety, or Wireless communications
Experience with Windows OS/Applications configuration and troubleshooting
Experience with IP Network troubleshooting
Legal authorization to work in the U.S. indefinitely
Availability to travel 50% of the time throughout North America
Preferred Qualifications
Exposure to SQL Database, IP Radio Technologies, IP Telephony, and Virtualization
Strong ownership, personal accountability, and interpersonal skills
