What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)
Prepare and configure solutions for integration into complex customer systems
Provide customer support and technical issue resolution via e‑mail, phone, and other electronic mediums
Enter and track issues in a tracking database, keeping customers updated on work status
Collaborate with the Sales team to support pre‑sales system designs and technical presentations
Provide on‑site end‑user training and support after scheduled hours as needed
What is Required (Qualifications)
High school diploma and an associate’s degree, or 1+ years of experience in software, networking, IT, public safety, or wireless communications
Experience with Windows OS/Applications configuration and troubleshooting
Experience with IP network troubleshooting
Legal authorization to work in the U.S. indefinitely
Must be able and willing to travel 50% of the time throughout North America
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
Familiarity with SQL database
Exposure to IP radio technologies
Knowledge of IP telephony
Experience with virtualization
