High School diploma and an Associate's degree, or 1+ years of experience in Software, Networking, IT, Public Safety, and Wireless communications Legal authorization to work in the U.S. indefinitely Experience with Windows OS/Applications configuration and troubleshooting Experience with IP Network troubleshooting Strong written and verbal communication skills How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
