Prepare and configure solutions for integration into complex customer systems Provide customer support and technical issue resolution via various communication methods Enter and track issues in a database, keeping customers informed and driving issues to closure Work collaboratively with the Sales team to support pre‑sales system designs and technical presentations Provide on‑site end‑user training and after‑schedule support as needed What is Required (Qualifications)

High School diploma and an Associate's degree, or 1+ years of experience in Software, Networking, IT, Public Safety, or Wireless communications Experience with Windows OS/Applications configuration and troubleshooting Experience with IP Network troubleshooting Legal authorization to work in the U.S. indefinitely Must be able and willing to travel 50% of the time throughout North America How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)

Experience with SQL Database, IP Radio Technologies, IP Telephony, or Virtualization
