Job Summary: The Human Development Institute (HDI) at the University of Kentucky is Kentucky’s Center on Disability. HDI is seeking a Disability Program Administrator I to join our team and serve as an Assistive Technology & Knowledge Translation Coordinator.

Key Responsibilities

Conduct home accessibility assessments and develop recommendations for environmental modifications and automation

Curate, match, and redeploy assistive technology

Maintain inventory and coordinate repairs

Translate disability and rehabilitation research into practical applications for stakeholders

Coordinate initiatives and provide expertise across HDI projects and partner units

Qualifications • Experience in home accessibility and assistive technology

• Strong communication and organizational skills

• Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively
