An Vault 100 ranked ranked law firm is currently in search of an Employment Litigation Associate for their LA office.
Base Pay Range $215,000.00/yr - $350,000.00/yr

The ideal candidate should possess:
1-5 years of comprehensive experience in employment litigation, employment counseling, and traditional labor work, demonstrating a strong understanding of labor and employment law intricacies.
Juris Doctor degree from an accredited law school.
Admission to the California bar, or the ability to waive in asap.
Duties:
Drafting pleadings, motions, and other legal documents for employment litigation cases.
Providing legal advice and counsel to clients on a wide range of labor and employment matters, including compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations.
Assisting with internal investigations into allegations of workplace misconduct, discrimination, harassment, and retaliation.
Participating in negotiations and settlement discussions with opposing parties in employment disputes.
Providing support to Senior Attorneys in complex employment litigation matters, including trial preparation and courtroom appearances.
Compensation and Benefits:
This position offers close to Cravath comp - $215,000 - $350,000
Billable Hours Target: 1800
