$210,000.00/yr - $270,000.00/yr Key responsibilities
Drafting and responding to discovery requests and initial pleadings Preparing and arguing motions, including dispositive and procedural motions Taking and defending depositions of parties, witnesses, and experts Collaborating with colleagues on case strategy and client communications Supporting trial preparation and participating in settlement negotiations Qualifications
Excellent academic credentials from a reputable law school Superior writing and analytical skills, with the ability to produce high-quality legal documents under tight deadlines Strong organizational abilities and the capacity to manage multiple matters in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment A self-starting attitude and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team A commitment to professional development and client service Admission to the California Bar is required. Prior experience at a large law firm or boutique employment litigation practice is preferred but not mandatory.
