Job Summary Seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented professional to join a team as a Small Commercial Account Manager. This role involves managing a variety of responsibilities, including renewals, invoicing, policy changes, and client communications.
Compensation Package
Competitive salary range: $68,000 – $78,000 (commensurate with experience)
Performance-based bonuses

Responsibilities
Manage 15–20 renewals per month, ensuring timely and accurate processing
Handle invoicing and premium financing for clients
Follow up with clients to ensure timely payments
Issue certificates of insurance on a daily basis
Process bonds on a daily or weekly basis
Make changes to policies as required on a daily basis
Conduct weekly audit reviews of client policies when necessary
Perform policy reviews and ensure compliance with client needs
Utilize online rating and quoting tools with carriers
Provide exceptional service to small commercial accounts across a variety of industries
Qualifications / Requirements
Proficiency in TAM software or similar systems
Strong knowledge of Microsoft Excel and MS Word
Experience working with small commercial accounts in industries such as contractors, real estate, auto service, hospitality, and retail
Exceptional organizational and multitasking skills
Attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines
Strong communication and client service skills
Previous experience in insurance or a related field is highly desirable
