Qualifications
Active, unencumbered LPN/LVN license in the state of practice.
Compact licenses transferred to state of residence within 90 days.
Current CPR certification (hands‑on component) – Aveanna will assist after hire if needed.
TB skin test within last 12 months.
Six months hands‑on nursing experience preferred but not required.
Reliable transportation.
