Responsibilities
Evaluate, plan, and administer Speech/Language Pathology treatments per physician orders to restore communication and swallowing functions.
Perform patient assessments and develop individualized treatment plans for patients of all ages, ensuring culturally sensitive care.
Document treatment sessions, communicate patient progress with multidisciplinary healthcare teams, and involve patients and families in care planning.
Participate in performance improvement, departmental education, and safety programs, maintaining accurate departmental records.
Qualifications
Master’s degree in Speech Language Pathology.
State licensure in Speech Pathology.
Preferred experience with geriatric populations.
Strong interpersonal, problem‑solving, and organizational skills.

Location and Schedule Full‑time position based in Ironton, OH. Schedule is Monday to Friday, with occasional weekend coverage. Physical activity required, good communication skills, and ability to work in person are essential.
