Ferguson, a Fortune 500 company, is seeking an immediate Warehouse Associate in Phoenix, AZ.
Schedule Monday through Friday, 7:00 AM to 4:00 PM, with some overtime as needed.
Responsibilities
Operate heavy motorized material‑handling equipment safely.
Accurately pull and prepare orders for shipment.
Receive, verify, stage, and stock all incoming material.
Coordinate the removal and replacement of worn components.
Put items away and receive them in WMS (Warehouse Management System).
Adhere to safety regulations, including the use of PPE. This includes wearing a safety harness with a maximum weight capacity of 400 lbs.
Qualifications
Background in warehouse operations, including shipping, receiving, delivery, and inventory.
Bilingual in Spanish is a plus.
Product knowledge or ability to learn quickly.
General computer skills for basic data entry.
Forklift operator experience strongly preferred.
Ability to work outdoors in all weather conditions and temperatures.
Ability to carry objects up to 50 lbs by hand and 50 lbs or more using equipment.
Pre‑employment drug and background screening required.
Pay $17.41 – $26.11 hourly. The starting wage may be higher in certain locations based on local or state wage requirements.
