High school diploma or equivalent; some college coursework or degree preferred. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to lead, motivate, and work well within a team. Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities. Positive attitude, strong work ethic, and willingness to learn. Ability to adapt to changing priorities and take initiative.
