Role Summary: We’re seeking a detail-oriented professional to support our day‑to‑day accounting and administrative operations. If you know your way around QuickBooks and Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint) and enjoy keeping things organized and on‑time, we’d love to meet you.
Key Responsibilities
Manage daily bookkeeping in QuickBooks: AP/AR, invoices, receipts, and vendor management Maintain accurate digital and physical records Create and format spreadsheets, letters, and presentations in Microsoft Office; update internal templates and trackers Support office operations: scheduling, email/phone correspondence, document prep, and general admin tasks Coordinate with internal teams and outside vendors (accountants, suppliers, clients) to meet deadlines Required Qualifications
Proven experience with QuickBooks Desktop —hands‑on AP/AR and reconciliations Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel formulas and formatting, Word styles, Outlook calendars, PowerPoint) Strong attention to detail, organization, and confidentiality with financial data Clear written and verbal communication; comfortable interacting with team members and vendors Ability to prioritize and meet deadlines in a fast‑paced, professional environment How to Apply
