Role Description This is a full‑time, on‑site Receptionist role located in Salem, WV. The Receptionist will be responsible for greeting and assisting patients and visitors, managing phone calls, scheduling appointments, maintaining records, and providing general clerical support. The role requires ensuring a welcoming and efficient front desk experience for all visitors while maintaining high standards of customer service.
Qualifications
Strong proficiency in Phone Etiquette and Receptionist Duties
Hands‑on experience with Clerical Skills and record management
Excellent Communication and interpersonal skills
Exceptional Customer Service and problem‑solving abilities
Familiarity with scheduling systems or medical office software is a plus
Ability to handle a fast‑paced work environment with attention to detail
High school diploma or equivalent is required, and prior experience in a healthcare setting is advantageous
