We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Swim Coach to join our aquatic team. Key Responsibilities
Plan, organize, and lead swim training sessions tailored to different skill levels and age groups
Teach proper swimming techniques, safety protocols, and stroke development
Monitor and evaluate swimmers’ progress, providing constructive feedback and personalized coaching
Ensure the safety of all participants by enforcing pool rules and safety guidelines
Motivate and encourage swimmers to achieve their personal and team goals
Maintain equipment and ensure the cleanliness and safety of the pool area
Collaborate with other staff and management to coordinate events, competitions, and training programs
Skills And Qualifications
Proven experience as a swim coach or lifeguard with coaching responsibilities
Strong knowledge of swimming techniques, strokes, and safety procedures
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to motivate and inspire athletes of various ages and skill levels
CPR, First Aid, and Lifeguard certification (or willingness to obtain)
Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
Passion for swimming and athlete development
