A Kforce client is seeking to hire a Financial Analyst in Saint Louis, Missouri (MO).
Responsibilities
Develop forecasts, budgets, and management reports
Conduct variance and cash flow analyses
Support project financials, intercompany consolidations, and month‑end close
Prepare dashboards and presentations for leadership
Assist with financial modeling, SG&A reviews, and audit support
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
2+ years of financial analysis experience (FP&A)
Strong Excel skills (charting/graphics a plus); Epicor experience preferred
Excellent communication, presentation and analytical skills
Understanding of GAAP and ERP systems
Go getter attitude, superior attention to detail, team player
