Responsibilities
Work independently at multiple locations, assessing customer storage needs and making suggestions.
Conduct daily inspections to confirm inventory availability and ensure spaces are ready to rent.
Audit cash drawers and make bank deposits as part of daily business.
Help keep customers current with payments and make reminder and collection calls when required.
Transport and move items up to 35 lb; walk and climb stairs and open large doors up to 50% outdoor time.
Perform sweeping, mopping, and maintain exterior grounds for curb appeal.
Qualifications
0+ years in customer‑service sales environments (retail, restaurant, fast‑food, or other service‑based companies).
Valid driver’s license and own vehicle for travel between work locations (mileage reimbursement available).
Strong customer service, sales, inventory management, and cash handling skills.
