$2027 Travel Package: Estimated Travel Package: Hrly Rate: $18 Weekly Stipend: $1352.03 Gross Weekly Pay: $2027 Job Description: The Operational Site Lead for Exit Planning will be assigned to projects under the management of the NYC H+H Office of Ambulatory Care and Population Health. This role, operating under the direction of relevant program leads, involves day-to-day management of complex direct service programs. The programs offer direct service provision, resource navigation, and temporary shelter to single adults, adult families, and families with children. Responsibilities: Support and lead day-to-day operational efforts to maintain a positive experience for individuals utilizing services. Provide hands-on logistical support for launching new initiatives and expanding existing initiatives, including Humanitarian Emergency Respite Centers. Coordinate with various NYC Health + Hospitals departments, City agencies, and vendors to ensure adherence to processes, resolve problems, and identify improvement opportunities. Provide timely, routine reporting on critical personal protective equipment, supplies, staffing, and other data, as directed. Independently manage all aspects of the project lifecycle for assigned workstreams. Support leadership by ensuring they have necessary tools and proactively escalating high-priority issues and risks. Manage a team and oversee the launch of sites or programs as required. Provide status reporting on project milestones, deliverables, dependencies, risks, and issues. Provide supervision and support for 24/7 operations as required. Other related duties as assigned. Skills: Fluency in languages other than English, particularly Spanish. Experience with or knowledge of trauma-informed service delivery (preferred). Ability to work independently with broadly defined work objectives. Excellent written and verbal communication and presentation skills. Ability to develop and maintain cooperative working relationships. Previous experience in NYC government, public health entities/hospitals/community-based organizations (preferred). Experience managing a complex operation, particularly a 24/7 operation (strongly preferred). Experience with community engagement or familiarity with local community service providers/non-profits (strongly preferred). NYC area residency (preferred). Bachelor's degree (preferred). 3 or more years of operations experience (preferred).
