This role involves coordinating studio requests throughout the ministry and assigning audio engineers and editors to ensure all projects are completed by the appropriate team member.
Responsibilities include:
Managing a digital archive of all audio content masters, raw studio audio, and completed projects, and maintaining the content database.
Creating written transcripts, summaries, and other written forms of the audio content.
Performing Aprimo data entry for daily broadcasts and podcasts, including creating new products and activities.
Assigning SKUs for broadcast CDs and downloads, and sending out broadcast SKU sheets to the email distribution lists.
Creating and supporting SmartSheets for various broadcasts and podcasts, inputting source codes, activity numbers, and offer links.
Occasionally lifting, packing, and unpacking boxes.
Occasionally exposing oneself to fumes from cleaning agents used on audio equipment.
Exemplifies Ephesians 5:1-2, “Therefore be imitators of God as dear children and walk in love, as Christ also has loved us and given Himself for us...”
Maintains a consistent witness for Jesus Christ, a courteous Christ-like attitude toward people inside and outside Focus, adherence to the Standard of Moral Conduct and Statement of Faith, and upholds Focus on the Family's ministry in prayer.
Pay Range:
$18.00/hr – $21.00/hr
