The Independent Channel Manager is accountable for supporting agents who educate and enroll eligible seniors into WelbeHealth’s PACE program. This position ensures agents have the necessary tools, resources, and guidance to successfully promote WelbeHealth while maintaining compliance with all regulatory requirements.
Essential Job Duties
Assist in onboarding and training agents on WelbeHealth’s PACE program, enrollment processes, and compliance guidelines.
Serve as a point of contact for agents, addressing inquiries and providing timely support.
Maintain and distribute agent materials, including marketing collateral, FAQs, and training guides.
Track agent engagement, lead submissions, and enrollments, providing reports and insights to leadership.
Support agent events, webinars, and meetings to enhance engagement and education.
Ensure all broker activities align with CMS and state regulatory guidelines.
Collaborate with the Marketing Outreach & Enrollment team to streamline broker processes and improve overall performance.
Job Requirements
High school diploma or equivalency; bachelor’s degree in a relevant field preferred.
Minimum of two (2) years in broker support, sales operations, healthcare, or a related field.
Willingness to work a varied schedule that may include evenings, nights, weekends, and overtime.
Excellent organizational and communication skills.
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
Demonstrated ability to prioritize in a fast‑paced environment.
