Assist customers with U-Haul products and services both inside and outside the center Utilize smartphone-based U-Scan technology for managing rentals and inventory Move and hook up U-Haul trucks and trailers, ensuring safety and compliance Clean and inspect equipment, checking fluid levels as necessary Prepare rental invoices and handle equipment returns What is Required (Qualifications)
Valid driver’s license with a good driving record High school diploma or equivalent Ability to perform physical tasks including lifting equipment weighing up to 50 lbs Willingness to adhere to safety protocols and use protective gear as needed Commitment to ongoing education and training through U-Haul University How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
Previous experience in customer service or a related field Familiarity with vehicle maintenance or rental processes Ability to drive a forklift (certification provided upon employment) Interest in personal development and wellness programs Experience with technology and smartphone applications
