What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
Drive retention and operational excellence by managing critical retention and administrative processes
Own the small-dollar renewal pipeline, managing the full renewal sales cycle for a dedicated portfolio
Serve as the primary point of contact for routine customer inquiries related to billing and operational support
Collaborate with senior Account Directors to assist with strategic tasks and account management
Proactively monitor customer health metrics and flag potential risks to senior team members
What is Required (Qualifications):
1-4 years of professional experience in an account support, inside sales, sales development, or account management role within a B2B SaaS environment
Highly organized, process-driven, and eager to build a career in Enterprise SaaS sales
Strong written and verbal communication skills for direct client interaction
Familiarity with CRM software (Salesforce highly preferred) and strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office or Google Workspace
Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities and maintain exceptional attention to detail
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
Experience in a similar role within the technology or software industry
Proven track record of successfully managing customer relationships and renewals
Strong problem-solving skills and ability to handle complex administrative processes
Interest in learning about enterprise sales cycles and strategies
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team-centric environment
