Job Responsibilities: Supervise and mentor reception staff, providing guidance and support
Ensure smooth operations, including guest check-ins, check-outs, and reservations
Address guest concerns, complaints, and inquiries with professionalism and care
Monitor staff performance, providing feedback and conducting evaluations
Train new employees on front desk procedures, customer service, and safety protocols
Maintain an organized, clean, and welcoming reception area
Coordinate with other departments to meet guest needs and ensure comfort
Handle cash and credit transactions, ensuring accurate records
Assist with scheduling and staffing for peak hours
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in Hospitality Management preferred
2+ years of experience in a receptionist or supervisory role in hospitality
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
Ability to stay calm and professional when handling guest issues
Experience with reservation systems, front desk operations, and basic accounting
Leadership ability to motivate and guide a team in a fast-paced environment
Competitive pay: $18 - $30/hour
