Valet Attendant – Mr. C Luxury Residences, Coconut Grove
Location:
2655 S Bayshore Dr, Coconut Grove, FL 33133 (Mr. C Residences)
Shift Days:
Flexible (any day of the week, including weekends)
Shift Hours:
7:00 a.m.–3:00 p.m. and/or 3:00 p.m.–11:00 p.m. (based on location needs)
Hourly Pay:
$14.00 per hour plus tips

Responsibilities
Mobilize and coordinate the complete valet process, retrieving keys, vehicles, and issuing tickets while entering customer information electronically.
Build customer rapport, address inquiries, and provide directions to enhance customer success and retention.
Act as a courteous brand ambassador by interfacing with guests, opening and unloading vehicles, and ensuring a professional presentation.
Deploy vehicle safety and security procedures: direct traffic, place barricades, park guests in appropriate spaces, and inspect vehicles for damage.
Manage financial operations by requesting and collecting relevant fees and reconciling end‑of‑shift revenue.
Meet and greet all guests upon arrival; assist with unloading and luggage when necessary.
Retrieve keys, issue tickets, and record vehicle details accurately using electronic devices or manual tickets.
Inspect vehicles for pre‑existing damage and record make, model, and exact location.
Retrieve vehicles quickly for waiting guests and assist with loading luggage or personal items.
Provide excellent customer service, responding courteously and directing guests to destinations.
Direct traffic, position barricades, and arrange towing service when needed.
Report incidents or claims immediately to the Operations Manager or Shift Lead.
Communicate professionally at all times with guests, clients, and teammates.
Qualifications / Skills
At least 18 years of age.
Valid driver’s license.
Ability to operate manual transmission vehicles (stick‑shift).
Excellent customer service and communication skills.
Ability to communicate verbally with guests.
Acceptable driving record and motor vehicle report (MVR).
Quick to learn and make sound decisions in fast‑paced environments.
Physical ability to move from valet stand to customer vehicles, walking or running for extended periods.
Previous valet experience preferred.
