Job Description You were born to be the boss. You get up in the morning and make sure everyone else in the house and at work is doing what they need to do, even your boss. Now it’s time to move up and lead a Domino’s store.

Responsibilities

Set a positive example and follow all company policies and procedures 100% of the time.

Manage staff scheduling, staffing, and paperwork.

Control costs, inventory, and cash transactions.

Ensure customer relations, store cleanliness, and marketing initiatives are maintained.

Maintain a perfect store image, adhere to standards, and provide great customer service.

General Job Duties for All Store Team Members

Operate all equipment.

Stock ingredients and manage inventory.

Prepare product and receive telephone orders.

Take inventory and complete paperwork.

Clean equipment and facility daily.

Qualifications

Must be 18 years of age or older.

Strong math skills and the ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide accurately.

Excellent verbal, written, and telephone communication skills.

Ability to supervise staff and enforce policies.

Valid driver’s license and access to an insured vehicle (if delivery duties are required).

Work Conditions

Exposure to varying weather conditions while removing trash and performing other outside tasks.

In-store temperatures ranging from 36°F in the cooler to above 90°F in work areas.

Potential exposure to food odors, cornmeal dust, and hot surfaces.

Physical demands include standing, walking, lifting, and operating tools.

Driving and Delivery (if applicable)

Deliver products by car to customer locations.

Drive safely with a clean driving record and meet company standards.

Navigate adverse terrain and multiple-story structures while carrying product.
