Overview We’re looking for a natural leader who can get the team moving, from the store to the street. As Domino’s Pizza Assistant Manager, you’ll be responsible for a full range of shop operations, from staffing and inventory to customer service and profit‑control. You will set the example for crew members, maintain store standards, and ensure a high‑quality experience for all customers.
Key Responsibilities
Supervise all store activities during your shift.
Oversee staffing, scheduling, and crew training.
Maintain inventory and cash control to meet cost‑control targets.
Ensure store cleanliness, food safety, and brand presentation.
Provide excellent customer service and resolve issues on the shop floor.
Handle paperwork, reporting, and compliance with company policies.
Deliver pizzas by car, manage deliveries and promotional materials.
Job Requirements & Qualifications
Must be 18 years of age or older.
Valid driver’s license, clean driving record, and access to a reliable and insured vehicle.
Strong math skills: add, subtract, multiply, divide, and handle cash accurately.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills; ability to give instructions and take orders.
Ability to work independently, handle stress, maintain punctuality, and follow through on tasks.
Physical stamina for standing, walking, lifting, and operating store equipment.
Adaptability to indoor temperatures ranging from 36°F to 90°F and exposure to food fumes, cornmeal dust, and cold surfaces.
Proficiency with a computer keyboard or touchscreen for order entry.
Availability for all shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
