Role Summary
The Salesforce Service Cloud Architect is responsible for designing scalable, secure, and high‑performant Service Cloud solutions that align business requirements with Salesforce best practices. This role provides technical leadership across architecture, integration, and governance.
Key Responsibilities
Design end‑to‑end Service Cloud architecture (Case Management, Omni‑Channel, CTI, Knowledge, Entitlements).
Define integration patterns with enterprise systems (SAP, SFDC boundary apps, APIs, middleware).
Drive solution design for complex customer service workflows and data models.
Ensure security, performance, scalability, and compliance standards are met.
Guide development teams and review technical designs and implementations.
Act as the technical liaison with business, IT, and external vendors.
Support solution sizing, estimations, and technical governance.
Required Skills & Experience
10–12+ years of Salesforce experience with a strong Service Cloud focus.
Deep expertise in Service Cloud features, data modelling, and platform limits.
Strong experience with integrations (REST/SOAP APIs, middleware).
Solid understanding of Salesforce security, sharing, and performance tuning.
Experience in large enterprise or multi‑system landscapes.
Salesforce Architect / Service Cloud certifications preferred.
