Develop and implement strategies to achieve short and long-term business objectives Train and develop employees in sales skills and product knowledge Coordinate sales efforts and communicate corporate goals and activities Provide ongoing feedback and coaching to team members Build and maintain ethical, long-term customer relationships What is Required (Qualifications)
Bachelor’s Degree with 5 years of relevant sales experience, or an advanced degree with a minimum of 3 years of relevant sales and leadership experience Valid driver's license and active vehicle insurance policy Ability to travel extensively by car and plane, approximately 75% of the time Must be able to lift 20 pounds and work in environments with radiation exposure Strong sales and personnel management skills How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
Spine sales experience strongly preferred Successful medical sales record, preferably with Neuroscience products Knowledge of the Neuroscience assigned product/therapy customer base Additional experience in marketing, training, technical services, or related areas Experience with recruiting and interviewing candidates Additional Information
