Title Clerk . This role is responsible for processing titles and registrations for new and used recreational vehicles.

Essential Job Functions
Process title registration paperwork for all used and new recreational vehicle purchases.
Prepare tax and title documents for RV units sold, including Powers of Attorney, accurately for the state the vehicle is to be registered in.
Submit all required paperwork to the DMV within the time frame allowed by each state.
Verify that funds have been collected and the correct lien holder is paid off before processing title applications.
Check for accuracy in the application and ensure that all information is complete.
Verify payoff information, check accuracy, and follow up on incoming unit titles.
Maintain a system to verify out‑of‑state titles.
Compile and maintain a complete list of all outstanding title work.
Process all license plates for issuing and transferred units.
Assist the finance department as needed.
Qualifications
Education:
High School Diploma or equivalent is required.
License & Certifications:
Valid Driver’s License and good driving record is required.
Experience:
At least one year of experience as an administrative assistant is preferred.
Abilities:
Knowledge of office title processing policies for the state the location is in.
Excellent time management skills.
Attention to detail and problem‑solving skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Strong organizational and planning skills.
Proficiency in MS Office.
Knowledge or ability to learn company system applications, such as Systems2K and other applicable software.
Ability to bed or sit for long periods of time.
Ability to reach above shoulders and lift a minimum of 50 pounds.
Ability to work in a climate‑controlled environment.
Ability to continuously engage in visual activities, such as use of computer, files, and reports.
