We are seeking a skilled Commercial Kitchen Equipment and Refrigeration Technician to maintain our kitchens and onsite bakeries. Responsibilities include diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining commercial kitchen appliances, refrigeration systems, and HVAC equipment across our 9 million square foot campus. Your expertise will help minimize downtime and support our culinary team.
Key Responsibilities
Diagnose, repair, and maintain HVAC, refrigeration, and commercial cooking equipment
Install, calibrate, and optimize kitchen ventilation and appliance systems
Conduct preventive maintenance and safety inspections
Ensure compliance with OSHA, refrigeration, gas, and electrical safety standards
Use hand tools, power tools, and diagnostic equipment to resolve issues
Core Equipment You’ll Work On
Refrigeration: Walk-in coolers/freezers, blast chillers, ice machines
Cooking Equipment: Commercial ovens, fryers, steam kettles, tilt skillets
Ventilation & HVAC: Exhaust hoods, rooftop HVAC units, make-up air systems
Dishwashing & Sanitation: High-capacity dishwashers, sanitation systems
