Base Pay Range Mercier Consultancy MD is thrilled to announce a position for German Speaking Customer Service Representatives for a prominent ride‑sharing platform, with an exciting opportunity to work in Greece. This role is perfect for individuals who are passionate about technology and infrastructure while enjoying vibrant customer interactions. You will assist customers with their ride‑sharing needs, providing exceptional support in German to ensure a smooth and satisfying experience.
Key Responsibilities
Handle customer inquiries related to ride‑sharing services, including bookings, payments, and account management via phone, email, and live chat in German
Provide support in addressing trip‑related issues, driver engagements, and service feedback
Assist customers in navigating the platform and understanding service policies
Document all customer interactions accurately in the CRM system for tracking purposes
Collaborate with internal teams to provide effective solutions to customer concerns
Stay updated on platform changes, promotions, and industry trends to furnish accurate and beneficial information to users
Requirements
Fluency in German (both written and spoken) is mandatory; knowledge of English is a plus
Experience in customer service, with familiarity in technology or transportation sectors preferred
Strong communication skills with a customer‑centric focus
Excellent problem‑solving abilities to effectively address customer inquiries and concerns
Ability to manage multiple inquiries with strong organizational skills in a fast‑paced environment
Proficient in using customer service software and CRM applications
Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as needed
