Our Client Care Team Members are the "first faces" to our pet parents as they embark on their pet's visit to our hospital. We at
ACCESS , recognize the importance of finding people-driven individuals who have a passion for helping our furry friends.
The veterinary industry is fast paced and ever changing.

keeps up with this growing industry through our dedication to our team by providing industry leading benefits such as 100% paid parental (and purr-rental) leave, family and pet bereavement, education opportunities and so much more!
Compensation Our pay ranges begin at
$21 - $24/hour , dependent upon existing experience.
Schedule Sunday through Wednesday, Swing shift (4PM-3AM)
7pm-11pm = additional
$2/hour
11pm-7am = additional
$3/hour
any shift on Saturdays and Sundays = additional
$2/hour
What makes the best candidates?
Have a desire to help people through what is often a stressful event in their lives
Minimum one year of experience in a customer service role (prior veterinary experience required)
Must be able to read, write and speak English fluently in a clear and audible voice
and most importantly… embody our core principles: Quality, Integrity, Compassion and Service
What might your day to day look like?
Answer incoming calls, message taking
Triage incoming requests
Guide clients through check-in, discharge, check out
Handle financial transactions
Facilitate medication requests
Understanding department-specific medications, diagnostics, and procedures
