Call Center - Member Contact Center Rep 1- Part Time - Remote (AK, AZ, NV, TX, WA, WY)
Join the Nuvision Federal Credit Union as a Call Center – Member Contact Center Representative I (Part‑time, remote). The primary role is to provide exemplary service to members through phone, e‑mail, web channels, and other methods of contact.
Responsibilities
Provide efficient and timely service to members via phone, mail, facsimile, and other applicable channels.
Perform basic member service transactions accurately.
Consult with members, identify needs, offer solutions, and follow up on pending transactions.
Open new member accounts (Savings, Checking, Money Market, Trust, Certificates, IRA) and complete required documentation.
Maintain accounts: change addresses, names, add joint owners, beneficiaries, close accounts, process deceased accounts and notary services.
Identify and report suspicious behavior or suspected fraud.
Complete all required training and compliance modules.
Support continuous improvement activities and uphold the Credit Union’s core values.
Represent the Credit Union professionally at all times and maintain confidentiality of member information.
Other related duties as assigned.
Qualifications
1 year of retail experience with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding service and sales goals.
Basic understanding of financial products and services.
Professional verbal skills and etiquette.
Competent computer knowledge and proficiency in Microsoft Word, Outlook, Excel; ability to use remote signing and webcam.
Strong interpersonal skills and active listening.
Excellent written communication (email) – grammar and spelling.
Organizational skills and teamwork.
Empathy and a caring nature toward members.
Willingness to make a difference and represent the Credit Union positively.
Personable and professional demeanor.
Education
High School Diploma or equivalent.
Pay Scale (geographic location)
Alaska: Min $20.00 – Mid $24.31 – Max $29.17
Arizona: Min $16.77 – Mid $20.96 – Max $25.15
Nevada: Min $17.15 – Mid $21.44 – Max $25.73
Texas: Min $16.14 – Mid $20.18 – Max $24.22
Washington: Min $20.00 – Mid $24.35 – Max $29.23
Wyoming: Min $16.53 – Mid $20.67 – Max $24.50
