Call Center - Member Contact Center Rep 1 - Full Time - Remote (AK, AZ, NV, TX, WA, WY)
Nuvision Federal Credit Union is looking for a Member Contact Center Representative I to join our team. In this role, you will provide exemplary service to our members through phone, e‑mail, web channels, mail, and facsimile. You will manage a wide variety of member service tasks, support all depository and lending products, and help achieve cross‑sell goals.
Responsibilities
Provide efficient and timely service to membership via phone, mail, facsimile, and other channels.
Perform basic member service transactions with quality and accuracy.
Consult with members, identify needs, offer solutions, and follow up on pending transactions.
Open new member accounts (Savings, Checking, Money Market, Trust, Certificates, IRA) and complete required forms.
Maintain account information (address, name, joint owners, beneficiaries) and close accounts, including dead‑deceased and notary services.
Identify and report suspicious behavior or potential fraud.
Complete all required training and compliance modules.
Maintain confidentiality of member information, demonstrate attention to detail, sound judgment, and diplomacy.
Support continuous improvement activities and represent the Credit Union positively.
Qualifications
1 year retail experience with a proven record of meeting or exceeding service and sales goals.
Basic understanding of financial products and services.
Professional verbal and written communication skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Outlook, Excel), remote signing, and webcam use.
Strong interpersonal and listening skills to anticipate member needs.
Team player who works well with other departments.
Genuine interest in helping members through compassionate conversations.
Willingness to make a difference and maintain a friendly, professional demeanor.
Education
High School Diploma or equivalent.
Pay Scale (by location)
Alaska: Min $20.00 - Mid $24.31 - Max $29.17
Arizona: Min $16.77 - Mid $20.96 - Max $25.15
Nevada: Min $17.15 - Mid $21.44 - Max $25.73
Texas: Min $16.14 - Mid $20.18 - Max $24.22
Washington: Min $20.00 - Mid $24.35 - Max $29.23
Wyoming: Min $16.53 - Mid $20.67 - Max $24.50
