Typical Day
Provide front‑line technical support to John Deere dealers and customers with product related inquiries.
Document each interaction within a case management system while supporting customers via telephone, email, and chat.
Create and maintain online support tools and solutions to optimize customer satisfaction and retention.
This Job Might Be an Outstanding Fit If You
Have strong interpersonal communication, negotiation, and conflict resolution skills.
Possess experience in customer service/support and a high comfort level with consumer software applications.
Are available to work any 8‑hour shift between 7 am–6 pm and 8 am–12 pm on Saturdays.
Preferred Qualifications
Knowledge of agriculture customers and operations.
Prior work experience in agriculture or technology dealer channels.
BS in Agriculture, Business, Engineering, IT, or similar discipline is highly preferred; a technical certification in IT database management is a plus for high‑school graduates.
