Starting wage:
$16.00 – $18.00 per hour.
What You Will Do
Coach and train Inventory Associates – accuracy matters.
Follow a clear, consistent workflow – your playbook for success.
Lead and engage: serve as the primary point of contact for resolving event-related concerns, support and execute directives from the Area or District Manager, and drive operational excellence by maximizing team productivity and fostering engagement.

Team Requirements
Must be at least 18 years of age.
High school diploma or equivalent.
Minimum of two (2) years of experience as an Inventory Associate or similar role.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with strong time-management skills.
Excellent customer service and conflict resolution skills focusing on solutions.
Ability to work flexible schedules with varying hours in support of the District Manager and customer commitments.
Ability to stand, walk and remain active during shifts.
Comfort learning and training handheld scanners or count tools.
Strong focus and attention to detail.
Reliable attendance and commitment to consistency.
Positive, team-oriented attitude.
