Retail Inventory Supervisor – Mornings

What you will do
Coach and train Inventory Associates, focusing on accuracy.
Follow a clear, consistent workflow.
Lead & engage, serving as primary point of contact for resolving event‑related concerns, supporting directives from Area/District Manager, driving operational excellence.
Uphold core values: Service, Pride, Integrity, Results, Innovation, Teamwork in a safe inclusive environment.

Qualifications & Requirements
At least 18 years of age.
High school diploma or equivalent.
Minimum two (2) years as Inventory Associate or similar role.
Strong communication, interpersonal and conflict resolution skills.
Excellent time management and customer service focus.
Flexible schedule availability to support District Manager and customer commitments.
Ability to stand, walk, stay active throughout shifts.
Comfort learning/training handheld scanners or count tools.
Strong focus and attention to detail.
Reliable attendance and commitment to consistency.
Positive, team‑oriented attitude.

No experience or returning to workforce.
Military experience.
Access to reliable transportation.
Willing to submit to pre‑employment investigations and drug screen if required.
Valid driver’s license, auto insurance proof or meet WIS Fleet driver requirements may be required.
Working Conditions
Stand for prolonged periods; occasional walking.
Use both hands for repetitive motions.
Frequent low‑level positions (squatting, kneeling, crouching).
Use ladder frequently.
Lift and carry up to 25 lbs.
Frequent travel by car and occasionally by plane, including overnight stays.
