Hotel General Manager We are seeking a dynamic Hotel General Manager to join our team. We provide a creative and innovative atmosphere where attention to detail is of utmost importance. Candidates who have dealt with distressed properties are considered a plus.

Requirements

Minimum 2-3 Years as General Manager in a full‑service hotel

6 Years in the hospitality industry

Experience in F&B

Bachelor’s or Hospitality Degree (Multi‑Lingual a plus)

Experience with Opera Cloud

Qualifications and Responsibilities

Financial, P&L and budgetary accountability

Experience with Revenue Management & Sales

Efficient operational coordination, logistics and project management, experience with property maintenance

Innovative thinking and problem resolution, motivational and team‑oriented leadership

Embraces branding and design, up to date on emerging market trends

Discerning attention to detail, brand presentation, and cleanliness

Impeccable service skills, empathetic dedication to guests and staff at all levels

Experience in networking, dealing with community associations and city affairs
