Summary The Manager – Business Planning & Analysis acts as a trusted partner to the head of the business planning and analysis team, creating complex business models that forecast sales, revenues, and COGS. The role is responsible for the annual operating plan, long‑range plan, cost analysis, and establishing governance around the company’s financial health.
Responsibilities
Drive, lead, and coordinate the implementation of growth plans, including scoping, budgeting, and scheduling initiatives.
Manage the planning and business operations, focusing on strategic efficiency and asset utilization.
Develop and implement comprehensive strategic plans to drive long‑term enterprise growth and profitability.
Review and optimize revenue and cost analyses, supporting cost‑reduction initiatives.
Collaborate with senior leaders and cross‑functional teams to define and execute the corporate strategic roadmap.
Define and manage the operational planning process, working closely with business units and functional leaders.
Conduct in‑depth data analysis to monitor performance metrics, generate insights, and support management decisions.
Manage and analyze sales and operational data to inform business decisions.
Support the development of strategic business presentations for market expansion and new initiatives.
Provide insights on skills and capabilities required, contributing to short, medium, and long‑term business plans.
Lead a dynamic planning process with a rolling strategy, constantly monitoring market activities and adjusting key priorities.
Oversee special projects, produce price quotes for other teams, and present insights to management for decision making.
Partner with Business Development teams to expand into new channels and customer segments.
Analyze finished‑vehicle market trends, customer behavior, and sales performance (U.S. market) to support business goals.
Provide guidance, support, and training to employees in planning & analysis roles.
Perform ad hoc analysis and reporting as required.
Perform other duties as assigned.
Compensation Range $101,000 – $113,000 per year (subject to compensation study upon candidate selection)

Required Skills & Qualifications
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Strong knowledge of logistics and supply chain management
Strong data analysis skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook)
Demonstrated experience in strategic planning, process optimization, and cross‑functional collaboration
Education & Experience
Bachelor’s Degree (required)
6 – 9 Years of direct experience in supply chain, automotive logistics, or related field (required)
7 – 11 Years of direct experience in supply chain, automotive logistics, or related field (preferred)
Physical Requirements
Ability to sit in front of a desk and/or computer for long periods
Repetitive use of hand/grasping, writing, and typing
Lift up to 20 lbs
Carry up to 20 lbs
Stand/walk occasionally
Working and Environmental Conditions
Typical office environment with low‑level noise exposure
