We are seeking a customer-focused Customer Support Specialist to provide front-line support by responding to customer inquiries, processing routine loan servicing requests, and maintaining accurate records. This role plays a key part in delivering timely, professional service while supporting overall departmental efficiency. In This Role, You Will: • Respond to customer inquiries related to ACH payments, payoffs, VOMs, reconveyances, and other servicing requests • Process loan servicing transactions in accordance with RESPA guidelines and internal procedures • Maintain accurate records and documentation across systems • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer requests efficiently • Deliver professional, timely, and high-quality customer service At our organization, we are dedicated to improving lives and strengthening Idaho communities. Requirements • 6 months to 1 year of customer service or loan servicing experience preferred • Strong communication, organization, and time-management skills • Ability to work independently and in a team-oriented environment • Proficiency with standard office technology and customer service systems • Bilingual preferred (English/Spanish)
