Lead shifts, supervising crew and other managers, ensuring quality, service and cleanliness.
Plan shift schedules, monitor performance, and take corrective action to meet standards.
Maintain food safety, inventory, and daily maintenance.
Communicate with next Shift Manager for continuity.
Achieve target metrics for safety, security, profitability, and customer satisfaction.
Qualifications
Prior leadership experience, ideally in restaurant, retail, or hospitality.
Strong communication, training, and scheduling skills.
Must be 18 years or older.
Flexible schedule and ability to thrive in fast‑paced environment.
