The Company is seeking a Head of Finance to join its dynamic team. The successful candidate will be a strategic partner to the CEO and leadership team, overseeing all financial functions to ensure accuracy, compliance, and alignment with business objectives. Key responsibilities include financial planning and analysis, resource control and optimization, risk management, and leading a high-performing finance team. Candidates for the Head of Finance position at the company should have a Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, with an MBA or post-graduate degree preferred. A CPA or equivalent certification is a plus. The ideal candidate will have over 10 years' of progressive finance leadership experience, particularly within small to mid-sized high-growth companies. Expertise in budgeting, forecasting, financial modeling, and performance management is essential, as is a proven track record in scaling finance operations and implementing robust financial processes. The role requires a hands-on leader with a strategic and analytical mindset, excellent negotiation skills, and the ability to lead financial transformations. Experience in automotive-related industries and a background in working with banks, funds, and capital markets for financing structures are also advantageous.
